Visually Identifying your Handheld's Mobile Operating System
If the desktop on your handheld looks similar to the image above, it is running Windows CE 5.0.
To confirm this, on your handheld go to Windows > Settings > Control Panel > System > General Tab
Currently, Windows CE 5.0 is only supported on the Honeywell 6100 and 6500 Handhelds.

If the desktop on your handheld looks similar to the image above, it is running Windows Mobile 6 Professional.
To confirm this, on your handheld go to Start > Settings > System tab > About
Currently, Windows Mobile 6 Professional is only supported on the Honeywell 7600 Handheld.

If the desktop on your handheld looks similar to the image above, it is running Windows Mobile 6.1 Classic.
To confirm this, on your handheld go to Start > Settings > System tab > About
Currently, Windows Mobile 6.1 Classic is only supported on the Janam XM65W, XM66W and Symbol MC55 Handhelds.

If the desktop on your handheld looks similar to the image above, it is running Windows Mobile 6.5 Classic.
To confirm this, on your handheld go to Windows > Settings > System >About
Currently, Windows Mobile 6.5 Classic is only supported on the Honeywell 6110, Honeywell 6500, and Symbol MC9190 Handhelds.
