Configure the Xi3000

The QuickStart Doc has the UPC-A Formatting which will work for most Barcodes (first and last digit). For this type of formatting follow the steps below.

PRINT THE QUICKSTART DOC FIRST BECAUSE THE ENTER SETUP AND SAVE CONFIGURATION BARCODES ARE ON THE SAME SHEET. 

1.  Scan the "Enter Setup" barcode.

2. Scan the changes you want to make (e.g. ENABLE UPC-A Barcodes).

3. Scan the "Save" barcode.

If you make a mistake just scan the "exit setup without changes" barcode, then start from the beginning.

If you scan "Restore to default" you must "Disable" for Convert to EAN13 which is in the UPC-A Formatting section.
